What tends to have the effect of improved sleep quality? What would a dosing protocol look like and for how long of a duration?

Mk677 I would sleep HARD and have very vivid dreams. 12.5 or 25mg a day would be beneficial.

Also the ghrp and cjc1295 I always have slept well

Agreed with A.B.....I would run it in short bursts due to getting severe water retention. Even dialing it down and ramping back up....just could not get over that side. Definitely put me into a deeper sleep than my normal sleep pattern.

Yeah not sure I am looking to get into anything that would cause severe water retention, just started a cutting phase. Also, looking for something to use more long term and not in short bursts. Need sleep improvement for sure, and more than just a short term fix.

Anything that will release excess GH into your system will aide with a better nights sleep. If MK does work for due to the sides have you researched CJC-1295?....CJC-1295 w/DAC.

Didn't get much from DSIP in my experience. Best sleep was on 191aa GH. Trying MK677 asap!

Depending on experience, results and the like.....doses should start at 600mcg/wk with a half-life of about 8days a once weekly injection would suffice but I know of many who split doses twice/wk.
