Shouldn’t be. But as with any compound it is possible to "break out".

What area of the body? Are you pre-disposed to acne?

Could give pantothenic acid (B5) a try. Some people swear by the stuff...

I just started B-5 today myself....Everyone reacts little bit differently to gear….some people can get acne some people rash and some may just have little red bumps…lol…
I’m predisposed to acne so that something that I battle all the time….In my body it is due to the hormonal imbalance caused by gear….raise in testosterone levels..up then down...

Is the rash local to the injection site ?

If so you could have a problem with the alcohol wipes, some people actually have an allergic reaction to the wipes. If so try non alcohol sterile wipes, may help a little.
