    Mixing Supplements

I need help mixing my "supplements." I don't think what I am doing now is working. I need energy, fat burning and appitite suppression with out feeling like crap; basically I am having problems finding a good mix of products. My goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle (but not a lot of lean muscle). I am a very strong girl with with A LOT of muscle, but with layer of fat over it all. Especially in the tummy area. I work out 6 days a week. 60 min of cardio with heart rate in 140-150 range. I lift 5 days a week. Legs, tris/bis, back/chest, shoulders, abs/calves. (I do moderate abs everyday). I just started today adding hiit to the mix.

This is what I have been taking for the past three days:
    Day 1
    4mcg Albuterol every 4 hrs (3 doses)
(I know albuterol is not concidered a supplement, but I don't know what else to call it)

    Day Two:
    I added DCP 3pills 3x a day
I upped the dose of albuterol from 4mcgs to 6mcgs
    I felt exausted all day

    Day Three and Four:
    DCP 3 x 3
No noticable change in body temp or any of the other sides people have had with DCP
    Albuterol 6mcg every 4 hrs

Today was day four and I was so tired this morning I could barely even function, I really thought Albuterol was a stimulant? Just curious as to why I am not stimulated....I need energy with out the yuck feeling. I did awesome on the "old school" ephedra stacks, but lately everything makes me feel like crap...

I would really appreciate any advice on what to add, or what NOT to add. After all the research, I really want to stay away from clen...Thanks!

I have to run but will get back to you. Please post a brief example of you training schedule and daily diet. Albuterol drains most people it stimulates the heart but leaves many feeling tired. What is DCP?

I believe my diet is pretty clean; although, it could be a little better. Here is a look:

        Weekdays:
Breakfast 5am: oatmeal, splenda, raisins, 1/2 pure protien or Myoplex lite bar
        or
apple, dannon lite n fit yogurt 1/2 pure protien bar or Myoplex lite
Snack 9:00am: other half of bar + raw veggies, sometimes an apple

Lunch: 11:55am: Big raw salad, dark lettuce, cucumber, cabbage mushrooms ect.
        FF Spray Dressing
1tbsp Natural PB (Naturally More w/ flax seeds)
A Nutrisystem lunch entree (low GI relatively high Protien)
Snack 1:45pm: Myoplex lite protien shake

Workout: I am in the gym for about 2 hours, though I know that I am not the most efficient...I like to mix it up... like to do cardio first (60 min) sometimes, I do a fair ammount of free weights...it is always a little different depending on how I feel and what is avaliable. Sometimes when I go really late it is super crowded and I would have to wait like 15 min to get a bench....so I make due. I have been an athlete all my life and I know at least 5 or 6 different ways to work the same body part. I just started to add HIIT, but ot really sure if I should be doing it at the beginning or end...

Dinnner: about 30 min after workout:
cooked fresh (steamed) veggies all sorts
lean meat fish, chicken grilled, 96/4 lean ground beef (occasionally)
        another raw salad

On weekends I cook more. I will have egg whites and fresh veggies for breakfast and lunch is about the same as the week. I try to stay away from processed foods when I can, because I know sometimes I will have no choice.

I can't possibly drink any more water than I already do. I am the thirstiest person alive!

I drink one diet Dr. Pepper a day

        I watch salt intake closley!

I write down and measure foods a few times a week and it usually comes out to about 1200-1500 calories a day. This should be at a defecit for me.

If I absoloutly HAVE TO HAVE some fried chicken or pizza or cake....I will, but I think that has only happened 2 times during the past month and in moderate portions...

I think for the average fittness enthuisist (if there is such a thing), I eat consistantly pretty well. Like I said before, I am not looking to gain a ton of muscle, just lose a lot of fat. I am a former professional athlete and apperance was everything, not only did I have to preform well, looking good was equally as imporntant. Ever see a fat gymnast, diver or ice skater???
When I retired, I gradually let myself out of starvation mode and have been eating like a "normal" person, which is frankly, pretty bad. I gained 45 pounds over the last two years, and though I am significantly overweight, I still consider myself much more fit than most gym goers. I have been eating well and working out consistantly for about the last 7 or 8 months. I lost about 20 pounds...no starving, no throwing up or any other kind of purging, just straight hard work. But it seems as if my body is really scared of going into the starvation mode again, and is really clinging to these last 20 pounds!!!
For as long as I can remember up until I was 23, I was working out about 6 to 7 hrs a day. It was my life. Now, I have a full-time job. I am a teacher and a coach. I have to have energy from 6am until 6 or 7 at night and then some to get all the grading done.
Bottom line: I don't want to wear this size 12 anymore! I know I will never get back in to the 5/6, I would be happy with an 8.
Honestly, I do not think my diet can get much better. Well it can be better, but I don't know if I can handle a stricter diet. I feel like I am doing really well with this.

DCP is Damage Control Protocol. It got rave reviews on some of the other bodybuilding websites. I got it from Nutraplanet along with the Healthy CHeat Foods that I snack on from time to time. I think it is supposed to release fat so you can burn it or something...

I am so frustrated! Maybe I should just start bathig in Lipoderm..........

Just looking at your diet it appears to be more than 1500 calories. I would dump the PB and flax seeds at lunch.

Also the most important chance that you can make in your training is always do weights before cardio. You start the glycogen depletion with weight training then are in a fat burning mode by the time you start cardio. Also you maybe doing to much cario to allow greater muscle development which will raise your BMR=calories burned throughout the day.

No problem dropping the PB. I usually forget that anyway. Someone told me I needed to add fat to my diet to lose fat. They insisted that I was not eating enough I will cut out the PB, do cardio second. I can cut the cardio to 45 minutes. I watch my cals very closley and often record what I eat. The above example is an estimate. I am honestly usually not over 1500. I even write down the 5 cals in a stick of sugarfree gum....
What about supplementation? What can I add to the ALbuterol and DCP. I need energy with out feeling crappy. I tried stimulant x, which made me feel high. But the next time I took it, it did nothing. I HATE THE FDA FOR BANNING EPHEDRA!! Don't they have bigger things to worry about. How many deadly accidents were surrounded by drivers "high" on ephedra??? SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry for whining, no one else understands. People look at me funny for having a sugar free red bull occasionally........

You can get ephedra still just look around (not in stores of course)! I try do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and use R-ala supplement wit your meals . Your diet looks good .Ive been doing cardio on the treadmill at 15 incline and 3.0 speed for 30 minutes and it triggers the love handles !

Yes, I have some pure mahaung I can stack, I guess I was just whining, sorry about that. I actually stacked it with excedrin today and yesterday. I am not sure what R-ala is but I am going to research now. I forget how to spell it, but I was reading a thread about rhinobant or something and I am also going to research that as well. I guess I was needing a change. I read so many great things about albuterol and then was so dissapointed. I am really tempted to try clen and t3, but I am scared about the permanent damage it may cause. I am also hesitant because I know only what I read on line, and I only understand about half of everything I read. I just do not want to do something I will regret later. Thanks for all the suggestions, I am going to keep looking...
