Hey hey, Akira here. I'm new to Peak-Muscle but not so much to the iron community.

I guess I'm considered an old guy now, 5 kids, wife, ex-wife, a dog... rotator-cuff surgery. NPC/APF retired and now I just train to keep up with my wife and kids.

I'd own a mansion and a yacht if it weren't for my 5 d@mn kids!
