Shoulder endurance
I just started training for about 3 months in boxing, kickboxing and muythai. My trainer is actually the former kickboxing champ of Australia so it's pretty cool.
But one thing I notice is that my arm gets tired faster than my body. Any advice on how to improve my endurance especially for my shoulders? |

Work the heavy bag at 2-3 minute intervals all out.

keep your hands up, all the time, in every drill. even the ones that arent about keeping your hands up. throw punches while jogging and keep your hands up, not that hands up bullshit where you hands are at your chest. thats not hands up. Hands up is keeping your striking knuckles between your jaw line and cheek bones, elbows in, hands away from your face.
