Yea he is complete gentleman. I hear stories bout alot of these bodybuilders being assholes. Trained in my gym, gave me advice for free and trained arms with him. He is a personal trainer and his wife is to. I refered my ex to his wife to get trained. Dude revolutionized the way i train. I wish he still trained in my gym. It was a fitness club so some of the members did not like him because he was intimidating.

Have you seen Derek Anthony's arms? he's openly admitted he shoots oil in them for the past 7 years..his arms are ripped and veiny..if u do it right u cant hardly tell. There is something weird about this guy's arms ,

there was even a show on dateline or discovery where he was featured.. .. thoughout his life, he's had huge arms
