              After reading GG's report on my artroscan I have decided to stop posting my log after today. It's obvious that I won't be able to lift like I used to -- at least not for a while -- and nobody's interested in cardio or bodyweight exercises.

                    Not really. My left hip and Achilles are painful and so is my right knee (the total knee replacement was a big mistake). I see the orthopaedic specialist on Wednesday with the results of my X-rays and ultrasound.

                      I didn’t do any fasted cardio this morning because my back hurts pretty bad and I had a 6:30 hour shift at the hospital ahead of me.

                      When I got back I did 30 minutes recumbent bike and worked the legs.

                      3x10

                      Sumo squats
                      Side lunges
                      Calf raises
                      Leg extensions
                      Standing leg curls
                      Lunges
                      Adductors
                      Abductors

                      I find it hard to motivate myself sometimes ....
