Cycle 4 Training Log

As some of you allready knows i m running the 4 Cycle.
Week 1-14 test prop 50 mg eod
Week 1-12 tren hexa 100 mg eod
Week 1-12 NNP 100mg eod
Aromasin 12.5 e3d and Caber 0.25 eod


Im allready in the begining of the 3 week. The departure point was at 77.5 kg. In 2 weeks i eat a lot train a lot (1 bp per day 5 days /week) and get back easy at 84.5 kg. Mostly muscle comeback ( same hole at the belt) and a little fat ( love handles)
I belive that i was arrownd 3200-3500 cals /day in the first week and 2500-2700 second week.
I felt better second week, minimum bloat, less sugur, carbs and more protein ( 175-250 g/day mostly from food). Fat is above 100 g and this is a worry ( eaven is most from fish, fish oil, coconut oil nuts).

From this point i belivbe it will begin the dificult part. Until now it was muscle memory, but from this it should be the plus.
As i always complain i have a problem with fat gain. I go well the first 5-8 weeks of the cycle and after this point...more fat than muscle. .. So i decided this time less (mass) will be more (quality)... So i will eat less (2200-2500 cals/ day...200 protein, less then 150gr carbs ..100 gr fats). If the mirror tell me that i need more, i will add more carbs ( quality carbs--brown rice , musly, swet potatoes ) and more protein.
Also from today i change the train it will look like this for a month.. ( one of the main focus is on arms, i belive is my week point..i have big legs, sholders ok, pecs,okok, back ok.)
The family and the rest tell my that i m ok also at arms but i belive i m not so ok... and when i lose weight ...guess it eats the biceps and triceps mass.
I will try to keep the program for 4-6 weeks, ...because i will travel a lot from 17 december to 5 january.. and in that period i will do 3 max 4 trains /week. So this is what i plan... fell free to sugest critice upgrade etc.

Yes...i can walk...but my suit pants...and my jeans didn t fit anymore...the waist is ok..but the tights...and calves...i had to ask somebody to help me to take the pants out of the calves

Begining of the week 4 of the AAS program and train. Until this moment absolute no bad sides. As i promise i reduce the calorie intake from week 3 to 2350-2700 cals per day, refine the foods i put in mouth, get more food and less suplements and far less fast carbs, and carbs in generaly.
I m realy tented to rise the NNP..fell that i need more, i can tolerate more.. It s like just i m stronger but not any side efects... I m allready at 100 mg eod (with the NNP) -375mg pw but my mind and body tell me that i should rise at 150 mg eod...Should I...?
The tren hexa i belive it did not hit until this moment..I sleep well horrny like hell all time stay (almost)erected 12 hours per day.. Anyway one big question that i put myself and can not find the answer is that because i inject in the same seringe NNP, test Prop (that are short esters) and tren hexa ( who apear it is a very long ester , longer than enanth) is it posible that the 3 ester are combinet? that will no longer act like short esters the NNP and Test Prop? Any help will be rely appreciate.
The train goes up...this week with 10% minimum ( reported at the weight) from the last week. For example bench first week 10 reps with 90 kg, this week 10 reps with 100 kg. So i belive is goood.
From the last week i addded caradine and it looks that it have a major efect on cardio and abdominal fat. I think it will be an good add to the cycle ( the caradine).
The scale indicates 85 kg in the morning. But the belt is on the same hole and the quality it apppears to look back from the mirror.

Already have decided....up the dose of NNP at 150 mg eod.
I feel that 100 eod is a little underdosed and at cycle 2 i have run 150 test prop and 150 NNP eod. So i belive there will be no problem if i stay with test 50 mg eod TERN Hexa 100eod and up the NNP at 150 eod.
Have a great workout last evening..back biceps and forearms...can not use the hands for one hour after.

Got the blood test today...the tren is doing his job on the liver. The LDL goes from 90 to 119 and the HDL from 70 to 22.. The total colesterol is ok 154 but the alaminotransferaza (GPT/ALAT/ALT) IS DOUBLE than normal 105 ... Anyway is far better that the previsios cycle ( when HDL was 15). Dissapointing about the liver protect..i take N2guard, Caradine, Animal omega ( complex of fish and flax oils), and coconut oil...BUT TREN IS TREN ---liver toxic.
Also made the hormonal tests..and the boold tell more than nips water retention and other signs.
The test is double than normal 52 ( the max nat limit is 27) but the estro is also double 468 ( the max male nr is 229) and i wonder why. I use aromasin 12.5mg e3d.
Do the curent modification of cycle ( rise the NNP from 100 to 150 this monday) i will rise also the caber at 0.5 e3d ( from 0.25 eod). And also because of the estro i will go to 12.5 mg of aromasin eod.

You may need to up the aromasin to ed. And with the tren and npp keep a check on prolactin.

Thanks Buff...I will up for a moment to 12.5 eod from 12.5 e3d....it s a rise of 40%...and also i rise the caber..
I get also the results of free test...130....5 times the normal natural max.....so i belive the gear is real and goood quality

And this is the beginning of the week 6...it appears that rising the NNP was what i need..+2 kg last week...i hit 88kg this morning .. also i will rise the weights with 7-10% from the last week... muscles are full and i look bigger that i was at 96 kg.. the belt is stil on the same hole (but i think it will breake if i insist to keep it on the same hole..)..and not so much fat.
After reading a post here i have something new in my mind...what about run for the next 6 weeks 375mg pw masteron propionat?
But i never have 4 compounds in my cycle (test p NNP tren hex and masteron p)...can my body hold it?
Never inject 4 cc of gear in the same pin?..will be the injectolion place ok?
What my body do with so much gear 175 mg test p ..575 NNP....375 tren hexa AND NOW 375 masteron p?
I read that masteron and tren work somehow synergistically and masteron will reduce the tren sides...and rise the sexual activity...but the sex is all ready in the roof...
Any help will be really apreciated...

It will be masteron at 100 mg eod from monday...fell that i need an extra lean...
Eaven i use such dry compounds..like tren and nnp i still need more definition. I look in the mirror and i look so big that i was at 95 kg last cycle eaven i weight 88 now. No water retention just lean muscle.
Last eavening i feal that my arms and shoulders go down..that i can not move the driving wheal..after a good sesion of training. And sleep like i baby...just wet...3 t shirts per night...and in the morning i look ripped.
I plan to change the training metod from 19 december...reduce the volume ...maybe 2 days on 1 day off 1 day on one day off.. i go to holiday and it will be difficult..
What will be a good training program?...sets reps etc? Can you design me one? I m all ears...

Week 7...at the begining....the weight on the scale stoped at 89 kg...but muscle not fat or water. Still no sides but a little worry about the progres. The strength go up also ..5×140 kg at the bench yesterday.
From yesterday the cycle look like this 100 tren hexa 50 test p 150 nnp and 100 masteron p all pined eod.
The AI is aromasin 12.5 eod and cabe 0.5 e3d.
I will get another blood test this week...see where is the estro and prolactin.

The blood test are here... so what is good and what is wrong...we begin with wrong.
Eaven i take so much liver suport i still go down with HDL Colesterol from 22 to 17 ( not much but not good). And the LDL colesterol goes up from 119 to 146 )really bad..
and also the estrogen is stiiiilll high 433...why i go from 12.5 mg aromasin e3d to 12.5 eod....i will go to 12.5 ed like Buff said.. i should listen to him from the begining..

The good ones.. the prolactin is loww...loow...low ..3 ... the normal range is 100 to 456... Should i reduce the caber from 0.5 e3d to 0.25 eod
The prostate is absolutly normal...mad a quik blood test...
The Kidneys also OK
The alaminotransferaza (GPT/ALAT/ALT) return to normal from 105 to 41 and the tryglicerides also ok..87.
So...i belive i m good...with so much compounds...and so little sides
