    My latest photo in shape

    49yrs old. Downsized by about 10lbs, weighed at 194 here. Got as low as 189 at one point in this training cycle.

                                  Thanks guys. Gear intake has gone down drastically as well. I can't seem to tolerate as much stuff nowdays.
                                  375mg test e(125mg 3x week)
                                  450mg primo e(150mg 3x week)
                                  2-4iu GH
                                  50mg winni tabs last 8 days for peaking.
