No shitty feeling, I have been leaning out a bit since I cleaned up my diet a bit anyways so its hard to say, No difference with water so far.

And the guys on the other side were practicing their karate kicks in between sets of curls and dropping the 70lb BB on the floor like they were doing something impressive. So I got irritated and left.

Been a few days since ive been to the gym, life was crazy for a second, all good now. Today was one of those days where I struggled for every inch of every rep, and it hurt.
Legs Squats 135 x 10(warmup) 315 x 8 335 x 3 335 x 3<-----These last 2 sets of 335 were killin my upper quads right at my hips. WTF? Leg press 600 x 10 700 x 8 800 x 6 Donkey calf raises 270 x 15 x 3
