Did half a scoop of pump juice 30mins bf hitting calves and abs then cardio today. Felt the energy off of it. Did 3 different calves exercises, 4 sets each and 5 sets of crunches. 30 mins moderate intense cardio on steps. Felt really good that I could go longer... Not bad for first time. Quite impressed. Will be hitting the weights tomorrow when I do chest at 430am. I'm anxious...
