    What SERM has been most effective for keeping estrogen/nipple sensitivity in check?

    This is for gyno prevention/reduction and nipple sensitivity only. I have used everything, but figured i'd throw it up and get everybody's experiences?

    What has been the best/most effective for you?

    Please give your experience. This is for SERM's only, not AI's.
