      What’s the protocol with clen? What’s a good beginners dose?

        Clen can be very tricky. Some users can tolerate the sides more than others so starting low and tapering your dose IMO is almost a must.

          I would go 40mcgs for two days then 80mcgs for two days then up to 120mcgs for the remainder of four weeks, then take a week or so off then repeat.
          Now this is I have personally run it very good success.

            I’ve always heard 2 days on followed by to days off, repeat. I know the old school method was 2 weeks on followed by 2 weeks off. I’ve never heard of your protocol. Doesn’t the body adapt to clean super fast? Wouldn’t 4 weeks be too long of a continuous run?

                      I tried it once. I got all jittery and didn't like it. If I want to lose some size I prefer diet/carb manipulation.

                        Same here. Maybe it was overdosed I dunno. From some liquid research co. around 2005. Man I only took 20mcg and felt the heart racing for the next 6 hours or so, plus the jitters. Never messed with it again, and certainly not at my age now. Clen is a younger guys thing IMO. I don't think anyone with high blood pressure should even ponder using it.

                          I cannot tolerate sides at higher doses. When I do run it I just run it for two weeks on then a week off for about two months or so but I do not taper my doses. I just run 20-40mcg for the entire two weeks.

                            what are some of your sides? i just started with clen on 20mcg on my 4-5 training days
                            but i get shaky hands some irregular heart beats ...I dont like it im suppsed to go to 40 mcg nxt week...

                              Your results will be very minimal at best and won't last, even on 120 mcg/day, if you do not diet. The word "Diet" should be replaced with "Lifestyle Change" if you ever expect to remain lean. Life style change where food becomes fuel not pleasure.

                              2 days on 2 days off is no where close to as effective as a 2 week run or 4 week run (would not exceed). As mentioned you would need to pyramid taper up and then back down. Essential to remain hydrated and taurine can be taken to combat the cramping.

                              Unless you are a 58 yr old woman in excellent health with no history of cardiovascular issues, Clen should not be considered an option. As a matter of fact, no one with any CV related problems SHOULD EVER take Clen! I ALWAYS tell people what they don't want to hear but actually already know. That is, there is no way around suffering to lose fat and get lean. No pill or shortcut will ever do it. YOU MUST SUFFER. YOU MUST DIET AND DO CARDIO. Absolutely can not be avoided without a price to pay later. In the case of abusing Clen, you WILL raise your CV event risk significantly.
