    Kodiak Cakes

Kodiak Cakes are a really tasty, and nutritious replacement for regular pancakes. They’re a favorite of mine. I personally like to add two eggs and 5 ounces of Fairlife milk per cup of dry mix. The actual serving size displayed is only 4 ounces, which is basically nothing for an active individual. My favorite flavor of pancakes thus far is chocolate chip. I always keep a box or two around the pantry. Everyone in my family likes them. Here’s a link straight from the source:

I stir egg whites into the batter, it makes them fluffier.

Costco has the big box for a cheaper bulk price.

I like them and add eggs as well as dried milk powder and a little whey to really up the protein. It makes me feel better if I am going to eat that many carbs that I am getting a load of protein too.
The older I get the better I used to be.

The nearest one is about 180 miles away from me. I love the store though.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I’ll have to alter my mix a bit. I could always add more Fairlife if protein powder makes the consistency too thick.
