    Embarrassing and first in a long time.

    So after apologizing profusely to the staff those around me, I figured that was enough for the day.


    Wasn't necessary. It's called WORKOUT. It's a gym, not social media....

          What pre workout was it? I understand some people not able to handle pre workout supplements, but those who can, they're soooo underrated. I just take a scoop of powder bf walking in and chug it down with my water. Gonna try BANG, Dawg!

                I tried the ABB Speed Stack. I must admit it tastes great. Way better than most.

                  I only saw the edited version, but can only surmise it was leg day and you spewed? Didnt make it to the trash can?
                  Every good gym should have a trash can by every squat rack!

                    It was back day. He never spewed or had the shits in the gym before except on leg day - so this was a first. He attributed it to trying a new pre-w.o drink. He was doing deads, and on his heavy set with 185, he spewed and shit his pants at the same time. Epic!

                      Close Hank, it was 165.

                      For Ruff's sake, I yaked after a heavy back routine. I have never gotten sick except for legs before. I think I was a little amped up from a Speed Stack too. Anyway after a minute of dry heaves a couple of big guys helped me save face. One clapped and said "now that is a work out!" The other chimed in with "the warm up is over, time to work out"
