My Dr told me to stop donating blood because my iron levels and ferritin levels were extraordinarily low. He put me on iron shops at 325 mg 3x a day for two months, then get labs done again next month.
On the flip side my hematocrit was at 15 and my good cholesterol numbers up.

I'm going next week to do the draw for my next round of TRT bloodwork. I only pin once a week now. I was doing twice but I dont really see any difference in once or twice. I'm not sure I'd want to try doing a low dose every day it seems like it would probably make a little difference but everyone's different. Right now I dont even take an AI and my estradial is normal. I'm about to start a bit of a bulker now that I'm getting this round of bloodwork out of the way. We'll see how that goes...
