What exercise will you never do again?
I will never do that again! Wow, I told myself that over 25 years ago but forgot why, and in attempt of achieving more full and developed shoulders, I did front dumbbell raises again.
OUCH!!! (but it didn't hurt while I was doing them!) Wow, I only did 3 sets of 10 with 10#each hand, so what the hell? My left shoulder joint hurts like hell. Damn, it brings back the pain of the shoulder dislocation I suffered in 1982. Crap, I knew there was a reason I swore off that exercise over 25 years ago. I found out (again) that this exercise puts direct negative stress on a previous serious injury, my shoulder joint, so I'll never do it again because the benefits are far outweighed by the deficits. Wisdom lost but found again. What exercise won't you ever do again and why? (20 points) |

nope just want to have less risk of messing up my shoulders. Plus I never got much from the exercises anyway. I agree with LI on heavy deads & squats. Deads are actually fun to do.. I guess maybe to try to look impressive lol.
But I really get no benefit from it personally aside from strength. Squats Im still debating. Im fairly young and the knees are already getting creaky. |

military press. Never liked doing it when I had to do it for class. Just always makes my body hurt in bad ways.

heavy deads... even with correct form and increased flexibility hobblin a week after a 400lb pull ... once that lower back is vulnerable it seems it is never right... sucks cuz theyre second to none while building bigg traps, neck, back etc
