Hot Rocks routine . What do you think ?

    Rocks -- are you looking for strait BB gains? I have found that great results can be found with the "stronglifts" 5x5 routine. Basically squats, bench, row, dips, and abs one day and then squats, ohp, dl, pull ups, and abs the second day. 3 days per week, switch between the two. I like to add a day that includes box jumps, power cleans, a high intensity polymetric of some sort (I like to jump off of 10-15 risers+step to the ground, full compression, and then long jump as far as you can), and then something like 7x5 of the bear. That 4x per week schedule has worked really well for me with the primal diet.

    This combo has had me having to let out my pants -- though my waist is shrinking . . .
