    You need to have them all along with minerals. Universal animal pak will pretty much cover you.

          Honestly IMO animal paks are the best vitamins while your on. I really loved them, even though you've gotta chug down 11 horse pills twice a day. But they have everything you need in them. Either that or GNC's Mega Men is good (and that says a lot coming from me; I hate GNC)

              Not even close imo. AP has buco factors that centrum dosen't.

                Does it have to be taken twice a day while on cycle and once a day off-cycle? And does it have to be taken on my non-training day (which on Sunday)?

                  1-2 paks everyday regardless.

                    I use two multipacks while on a cycle and a multipak in the am and a multivitamin/mineral when off. Food is too much of a gamble to have a adequate diet. One carrot can be full of vitamins and another from the same field has hardly any.
