Clutch, I've never used slin because it can be lethal if you're not extremely careful. I never felt the rewards were worth the risk unless you are a hardcore competitor. Stay away from slin and stick to aas. Doggcrapp once stated that he could make a 250 lb advanced lifter grow with just test and the right routine.Comment

20% bodyfat is too high IMO to run slin. you want to get to below 12% if you can, i prefer sub 10% however. higher bodyfat decreases insulin sensitivity that means you'll get more fat from slin than someone with less bodyfat and have higher insulin sensitivity. having said that, i can tell you how i used it and compare the results. I've done slin Post w with GH, slin everymeal + post W without GH, and slin preW with Gh.
I never go above 105 nowdays...
1. slin post workout, 10iu(humalog or humulin): drink 100g of maltodextrin mixed with 50g whey, take alpha lipoic acid 300mg to increase insulin sensitivity. then about 90 min later when you feel the hypo coming, have large meal with animal protein and about 80-100g of starchy carbs, usually rice. i was eating around 5000 calories here, with one junk meal daily. its intesesting that i felt more hypo with humulin R 90 min after post W shake. towards the end of bulk, I was noticing some fat gains but also put a lot of muscle. cycle was 100mg drol/day, 1000mg sust, and 400mg deca/week, 3iu Gh daily.
2. slin with every meal plus 10iu(humulin R on reg meals, humalog postW): take 4iu humulin R right after each meal. each meal had about 50g protein and 40-60g carb, also ate small amount of red grapes with each meal for extra carbs. postW shake was same as protocol #1 above. this was one of the most productive cycle i ever had. was using 400mg Hg primo, 800mg test cyp(QV), and 600mg eq(ganabol) and no GH. was at my heaviest at the leanest of 243lbs, looked to be under 10% here. this was my offseason bulk leading to NPC nationals. placed 7th in LHW that year. I was smoking weed everyday at the time.
3. slin pre W: started around 4iu worked up to 10iu, was using humulin R.
7am: meal 1 eggs, turkey sausage, 3 ezekiel toast with 1/2 tbsp butter
10am: 1 cup oat with 1/2 lb ground grass fed beef
1PM: take slin and eat 1 banana
130PM: workout, sip my intra workout drink made with 10g/iu of carbo lean or glycofuse, mixed with 20g of peptopro, 10g glutamins, 5g creatine.
330PM: (30 min after workout) 3 slices ezekiel bread and 1.5 tbsp of organic jam, 1 alpha lipoic acid capsule.
every 3 hrs after that would be regular pro/carb meal. I prefered to alternate between meal containing pro/carb, followed by meal with pro/fat(no carb)
got lean but watery gains. cycle was 30mg dbol/daily, 1000mg test, 600mg deca and 4iu GH. the first thing i noticed was immediate strength gains from day 1. everything felt lighter and muscles felt more flexible and pumped up easier.
I'm sticking now to preW slin nowdays as i work with clients and need to be out of hypo cycle soon after workout.Comment
