PCT Start Times

Below you'll find starting times for your PCT based on the active life of each compound. The active life is the duration of time it takes for the exogenous hormone to be absorbed, utilized, and expelled; no longer being bioavailable. Keep in mind that active life is an approximation which is dependant on dose, ester, as well as the individuals metabolization of the compound ; but for the moderate user, these are as close to precise as you'll find.

Anadrol/Anapolan: 24 hours after last administration
Deca: 21 days after last injection
Dianabol: 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 24 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 24 hours after last administration

test-c wk 1-wk12 500mg
dbol wk1-4 40mg
winny wk10-15 40mg

as for PCT i plan starting it after my last injection, but what about my the dbol?
i am taking liv 52 at the moment as finish dbol last week.
i'm taking 4tabs for 3 weeks of liv 52 is this enough?

Keep taking the Liv-52 for the duration of the cycle, both d-bol & winny are 17-alpha alkylated so they both have hepatoxic properties, it may be a good idea to take 2 caps 4 times throughout the day.
Don't think that the Liv-52 is going to protect your liver 100%, it may reduce the damage by the orals and will speed up the regeneration of the liver. As long as you avoid alcohol during the cycle and have been off for some time before it, your liver should be in a healthy enough state to recover quickly.

Good guide to form PCT. Although I personally believe its more effective to overlap PCT while the AAS levels are falling. Primarily anything to get LH, FSH going and to relieve testicular atrophy, if necessary.

You can use a small amount of hcg during cycle to prevent
testicular atrophy. But like you I always liked to overlap pct for some reason, just seemed to work better for me.
