time off 4 next cycle

how long do you belive a person should weight after the 1st cycle b4 starting a second cycle? I was on a mild cycle of sustanon weeks 1-3 250mg weeks 4-10 500mg ? if lab works comes back with low elevated enzymes can you start right again? i know some people say time on time off however i heard others say if lab works good its ok to continue especially in lower dose cycles of 250-500mg per week?????????
