Nolva for PCT

I want to use Nolva for PCT because I am alergic to clomid.

So, I just want to be clear on the dosages, When I start, I know I should take 40mg, but for how long? and then reduce it to 20mg for two or three weeks?

I am trying to find posts on this subject, but for some reason, I cannot find the right information.
