been browsing for awhile now and haven't made a post. keeping getting a message letting me know that , so I'm making my first post here. I've been part of several boards for a few years and mainly i just read stuff for the knowledge i can get. as I'm getting older (48) with a 4 n 6 year old my main goal is staying fit to keep up. i got through a shoulder injury recently and have been battling planter fasciitis with bone splinter lately. I did p.t. for 6 weeks a couple years ago, along with injections in feet from podiatrist but this year it got bad so i started researching bpc157 and i swear it is a miracle peptide, i am walking with no pain again. I'm about to start researching tb500 with it. all the info i found about peptides have been through boards and im very thankful for them. anyways I'm glad to be part of the board thanks
