heart medicine and muscle mass

The do put me on lisinapril and toprol for high blood pressure. That was last July. My BP has stabilized at 120/80. I lost 30 pounds but still have a gut. Don't drink beer or eat junk food. My arms lost 2" in size.
Could the heart medicine cause a loss in muscle mass?
