    even if it is "dead" i think it can still be useful for the older lifters..

    i dont assume there are many of them, kind of like the womens sections

      Maybe it should have been 35 and older, then I would make the cut.

                        i just hapened to be strolling by in my walker and saw this thread. you'd be surprised how many older lifters there are. i belong in here too. i won't give my age but let's just say i'm so old i remember preperation A

                              Yep, keep this forum going. Maybe there aren't as many over 40 as you would like here, but there are a lot of us chopping at it's heals. It's good for us to read too. Proper preperation for the future thorugh ya'lls experiences.
