I used to take it as a compliment , then it started to piss me off, now i just smile and say, good clean diet and 30 yrs of consistant hard work. Haters will ne haters, if large muscles came in a bottle everyone would have them.

If they were smart they wouldn't ask that question because it would set off "roid rage" right? I just say no, I eat 10,000 calories and 500 grams of protein a day and in between massive shits I hit the gym like I'm supposed to. I don't hang out around and talk, I put my earbuds in and try to break every machine and bend all the iron.
