225lb dead lift x 10 315lb dead lift x 10 405lb dead lift x 5 405 dead lift x 5 Chin ups 3 x 15 hammer strentgh seated row 3 x 15 w/ 4 plates on each side Client came in, had to go to work ;(

135lbx25x2 sets 225x10x2sets 315x4x2sets 365x2x2sets hammer strength incline press 1 plate x 30reps 2plates x 20reps x 2 sets 3 plates x 8 reps x 2 sets overhead ez curl bar tricep press No clue what the bar weighs. I'm just putting the weight of the plates 50lbsx30 90lbsx15x4sets Reverse grip tricep cable ext 120lbx20 150lbx20x3sets Feel like hammer bat shit still from my Friday atlas stone and log press beating. Keep in mind I am off all supps other than preworkout shit. Really hoping to maintain these weight if not increase. I pray before every set to make me strong!
