Delt injections
Been pinning my delts for over a year now different compounds and different labs and 90%of the time have pain for 3-4 days .Ive used 23g 1" and 25g 1" .Wondering if trying one of my 29g 1/2" slin pins would be even worse or less pain?Any thoughts?

I’m usually good with 25 gauge fresh pin. Draw with an 18 gauge and it goes in smoothly.
Haven’t tried anything else. Rotate delta front side and rear. Ever try quads? They’re my other go to You prob have scar tissue |

You may want to rotate to other injection sites for awhile.

....not sure if a slin pin would plow well with the viscosity of the oil....possibly MCT.

Like the others have said, definitely rotate spots. You could have a build up of scar tissue in the area and the irritation from frequent injections in the same area is just making it worse. You also may not be allowing the oil time to clear the area before you pin again. The lats and ventrogluteal are both really good, large muscle groups to pin and can tolerate a larger volume of oil. The spot injections website or YouTube are both good places to find diagrams and videos of where to landmark each muscle group.

If you're doing 2cc, 's or so a 29 guage would be difficult. I use 25 guage and they are bent to the point of breaking off sometimes.
My Dr told me it's better to use larger muscles for injection. You get better absorption. Of course pinning in my ass every week for years I wonder how well stuff is absorbing any way. Lol.

I used 25g x 1" with max of 2cc for delt and warmed oil slightly to improve viscocity. I too experienced more pip than other muscle groups. I would hit or pass through veins all the time which did not help. inject slower with pauses seemed to help reduce PIP

I tend to get scar tissue in my delts much more than the rest of my body. Injecting slowly really helps. Also, deep tissue therapy helps me a lot as well. The scar tissue can start to "cling" inside and that in turn can pull connective tissue tight. I've had my entire left arm go numb for a bit due to that tension from scar tissue. Might want to give your delts a couple of months off to properly heal, and get that scar tissue broken up by a professional
