Hey, glad to join this firum and be here with all of you. I am sure it's a greray place to find info about growing muscles so I'm here. Hope I'll be usefel here someday. I try to be careful because several years ago I had a loin trauma which is not connected with the exercising. Now I feel much better and want to get back to the gym
