Insulin and IGF-1 Long

i have been taking 10iu's of insulin PWO and 8iu's of IGF PWO. Should i change anything up? some people told me that i wasn't taking it the right way.

I thought that IGF was measured in mcgs.

IT IS..BUT 10 IU'S OF IGF-1 IS 100 MCGS SO 8 IU WOULD BE ABOUT 70-80 MCGS...

im a newby at igf and im totally lost with the conversations,, some say to much hurts recovery others say the same amount and nothing less is mandatory i cant make up a clear mind from this website about it yet any help

Not necessarily. IU's are the measurement after product is mixed into solution so the IU's will be based entirey on how much solvent used in addition to the product -- can vary greatly.
