Water Retention in the gut from GH

Was discussing with a friend of mine on the effects of GH water retention in the gut. I've noticed when doing GH above 4iu it seems I feel "fuller" and have a harder time with food. I do not believe its any type of "organ growth" as it subsided once off. Does anyone else notice this and if so has anyone ever tried an hctz diuretic or form of diuretic to combat this. One positive about an hctz is it has a longer half life of 16 hours so there is no back and forth rebound. Often prescribed in conjunction with an ace inhibitor for BP.

It seems the water retention lessens over time.

Does anyone try to reduce their carb intake to help with this bloating? A lot of guys on the boards ans bodybuilder eat a lot of carbs...simple and complex. Im going to be running gh for the first time here in the next few weeks for the first time with out simple carbs. I have been on this diet for 6 months and i dont bloat from anything. I can over eat and still be energized and thin waste. Im a 32 waster prior down 3 belt loops since starting. Im hopeing i don't get the same bloat as before but.we will see

Lower carbs if you want to lessen gut distention. Try it. Dont eat for 16-24 hours to get a quick reference for hoq your midsection can look if you cut out simple sugar, and any garbage carbs.
