Not for figure.

I will look bigger as more fat comes off. A lot of bodybuilding is all about 'illusion'.

I just had a chat with the promoter of the show I want to do, and there is a weight restriction, which in all honesty, I will have to bust my ass to make.

Especially as part of my weight is now about 1.3 -1.6 extra kilos of silicon on my chest. And they don't take that into consideration.

Dehydration will take off about 1-2 kg max (oh I wish I had paid more attention to how much I dropped before).

Otherwise, I will have to do physique, and some of the German, Polish and Russian girls ARE BIG

I do have a lot of muscle for a nattie.

Best compliment I have had recently was when my coach said 'your arms are big' .

I do getted a bit pissed off with nattie dieting, it takes SO LONG to get fat off, however, it also takes a lot longer for it to come back on.
