anything with synephrine in it. or in its pure form.

lipo 6 is one fat burner that contains this fat burner.

also try a TBSPN full of RAW honey with ground cinnamon on top. take before bed. believe it or not, this is suppose to break down the fat deposits that aline the stomach wall and prevent new fat from sticking to sides of stomach wall. hope this helped.
