Off the fence...

Goals, they're just not for kids you know! In Grad school for my Master Degree in Physical Education, I wrote a paper about the exercise needs of older males. In essence, I wrote the two most basic exercises an elderly male should do are push-ups and lying leg raises. To be honest, it's dumb to wait around until after surgery (Aug 23rd) to start exercising. I need to strengthen the area before surgery, so I've decided on my own medicine. Decided on the goal of doing 50 push-ups supersetted with 50 lying leg lifts a minimum of 5 days per week for the next 3 weeks. There, I just chose a goal, put in writing and set my intention. Small enough to be achievable, large enough to make a difference. It's just the "elderly male" I'm not so thrilled about😉
