I as well use it for Incline Bench ,It allows me to lift heavier without the fear of twisting or turning and creating a potential injury for me .
I typically will alternate weeks with 1 week being smith BB incline and the next with DB incline Bench .
I cant say I use it for anything other than that though.

I use it for incline presses, upright rows and close grip bench press. I do use it sometimes for squats, behind the back shrugs and rack deadlifts.
BigSickD does not actually exist. He is the alter ego of a punkass 17yo kid that doesn't even workout.

I use it for front shrugs. Nothing else though, since it takes up to 30lbs off.
I can't do behind the back shrugs, my ass gets in the way! Lol

Inclines & militaries. Smith is invaluable for guys with cuff issues like myself. Even only 135 kills my right delt with incline bb these days, but on Smith I can still go heavy. Being able to adjust the incline to a lower angle helps bigtime - can't do that with incline bb benches - not most anyways.

Ah, the Smith, 220lbs on the lat pulldown stack.
Hit it for 10x10 behind-the-neck pulldown back in 2004, those were the days.
Don't have access to one now, but I loved the set-up for dips and low cable pulley as well.
Bench ing with it always felt a but cramped, not my line.
