Just got back from the gym, I did the back in superset and it killed me, is it good for strength or is it more for a volume training ?

It's good to do supersets once in a while to shock the muscle, but imo supersets are not the best for gaining either size or strength. Compound movements for the large muscle groups with fairly heavy weight is best.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-Muscle -
most superseting is used for a fast paced intense workout, that a lot of endurance athletes use... it is very good to do once in a while to shock your muscles, put it will not put any mass on you.....THIS POST IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
