Hey Vets. I have been living in a hotel and travelling a lot the last year. I am getting a bit burnt out of lugging my slow cooker with me everywhere and cooking chicken breasts in a hotel.
I am completely natural (no trt) for the last 3 years approximatel, so I don't really know if my body is even using all the protein I am eating.
I was browsing and came across this guys diet.
He look in decent shape for a Natural guy.
I am sitting at about 162 lbs with maybe 14 - 16% body fat right now. (I don't look good).
MY goal is to get to 140 lbs or around there to get lean.
Do you think I can get away with eating like the guy does. I would try to add more natural food he eats a lot of artificial meals.
