In my experience, I make the most progress without all the supplements and save my money and focus on my diet with protein powder when I can't eat enough.

        creatine: works for me.
glutamine: might be good for metabolism
        beta alanine: maybe does fuckall
bcaa'a: maybe a metabolic optimizer for anabolism
taurine: I use this with potassium for cramping. It helps.
        fiber powder: I don't need
alpha lipoic acid: do not use
agmatine: WTF is this for? Arginine without its CO2.. mee
        vitamins e,c,d: I use them
b complex: I heal better with this stuff. Always liked it. When I use to bruise from fights it would hasten the healing.
        calcium: Why not
        NAC: liver protection from what?
        multivitamin:I use them
fish oil: good for cardio heath and anti-inflammatory. I use.
whey: Good supplement. One of the best. Take with creatine for an instant pump.
dextrose: sugar for my coffee. It is literally glucose.

Bro I've been training natty, since I started posting again. I have my supply, but I haven't had to even touch it, which is great. It feels good doing it with nothing. Every time I plan to hop on, I monitor my progress and I talk myself out of it. I do nothing but eat, and take whey, and I haven't stopped progressing. Yeah it's not as fast as when you're on but I know guys that are on that don't look like anything. I do weigh everything currently so I know what I need to take in, and make sure I'm getting just the right amount for where I want to be. What I'm getting at is you don't need shit to make progress. Just stay consistent. Diet and training. Don't make excuses and you'll be fine. Creatine and bcaa's will help, but it is not necessary.

IMO if you don't build a natural solid foundation first you will have shit physique anyway. 30lbs of bloat is not pretty. Natural gains last much longer and give you density. I think gear should enhance.

Whey protien, Creatine and Clean eating is the basic building blocks for being natty. I take some multivitamins as well. Zinc seems to have a real benefit for me and insures good wood.
The older I get the better I used to be.
