training: only cardio....40 min....20min on the bike fast pace, then 20 min on treadmill 7% inc. at 3.4mph.
feeling good...but my mind is playing tricks...trying to ignore it...."I'm small, fat, weak"...telling myself to stay positive...it's a roller coaster precontest...
