T3 only on training days

Please forgive me for my ignorance on T3. I know a lot of brothers take oral aas only on training days. I was wondering if anyone takes T3 for weight loss on days that they do cardio. I tried searching T3 in this forum but it kept showing nothing although there are sticky’s.

In theory I would think the opposite. T3 on non cardio days to keep up the metabolism when not burning calories. But, that is just a thought. I abandoned T3 after it robbed me a way too many lbs of muscle on a cut. It has been a long time but if my memory serves me well it was about 11lbs of fat and 7 lbs of muscle on a T3 cut, measured by underwater weighting. Not worth it IMO.
