Any suggestions of managing water retention from hgh?
I've always held water from gear and hgh... A lot of water. One time I dropped 13 lbs from just dropping the GH. That was at 8iu and I only want to run half that and may switch from sust to just prop to stay drier. Looking for any ideas to keep the water off.

AI for E conversion and dandilion root for overall diuretic effect. Other than that control your carb intake.

Potassium being an electrolyte will make you hold water more would be my thinking. But I could be wrong.

I disagree on lasix, it has a shorter half life(2-4 hour I believe)and you will have a rebound effect which can put you into a yo yo phase. You want something like hydroclorathyazide which has a much longer half life up to 15 hours and is not quite as harsh.

Chlorthalidone is the other one I was trying to think of and couldn't remember. I believe it has an even longer half life than hydroclorathyazide. Keeping a steady consistent action is very important when dealing with sodium retention.
