    Update on BigSickD

I am still alive, still married, kids are great and still got a good job, though my wife still makes more than me which pisses me off. My health is so-so, but not that bad, mostly vertebrae issues. I bulked up to 267 and didn't let myself get too out of shape. I have been dieting for 2weeks now and am down to 259, got about 10weeks to go to hit my goal weight of 240. Just cutting down for summer and all our crazy summer vacations to the beach and stuff. Been hella busy and sorry I don't post much but if you knew my situation at times you would all understand. Hope to be on here more, really miss all you guys. Take care and train hard and remember it is not all about what gear you take but your true dedication and drive......

Just good to see you when ya get time and catch us up on the latest. Kids are the greatest....but my daughter Sarah is starting to give me high blood pressure with all these boys. I've had to threaten a couple. These young kids have no respect today.

Good to hear from ya big guy! Glad to see everything is going well your way.

I haven't been around much as of late also, just being busy trying to find work (still) and dealing with life.

Very basic and basically this same thing Mon-Fri on weekends it varys alittle.

              1. Turkey patty or 10 egg with omelet onions and tomatoes
              2 eggs
              1 yoplait light yogurt

              2. Syntha 6 protein shake 55G protein
              1 serv almonds

              3. 40g worth of protein, chicken, turkey, tuna
              1 serv of almonds

              4. same as meal 3

              5. PWO meal 40g of meat protein
              1 cup brown rice
1 big serving of greens, usually steamed brocolli

              6. Same as meal 2 but usually I have a serving of natty Peanut butter.

I am the most boring eater in the world. I can eat the same thing over and over again and I never get burned out been doing it for years. my diet is nothing special that is for sure, super basic and simple. I did this same diet 2 years ago and went from 255 to 232 and was ripped.

Ahhh a cruise. Me and my son just got back from a cruise to Mexico. Great way to relax and put everything behind you. I hate Progresso though, I truly don't understand why cruise lines go there? Fuck a bunch of rocks. Sand and water baby..
