    It's ok. For me, since I am not a professional bb, I am not sure what to say in response to some that are competitors. But I attempt to comment something. Anyway, thanks for writing in my journal.

      Today we went for a walk...about 3.5 miles. Basically we walked to the gas station to get a newspaper, because that way we could get our walk in and not waste gas.

          Yeah but I carried a 315 lb barbell while going for our walk. :flute:

                Ok, it was a plastic bag with a newspaper. But I did carry the 7 quarters for the paper too!
