Muscle Tech has a brand out. Some flavors of Quest bars have little or no sugar alcohols.

I like Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch bars. I'd have to look at the fiber content of them though.

John Meadows is selling bars too, but they are kind of pricey...and I've yet to try them myself.
