Overtraining and water retention

Anybody else get watery AF if you go like 5 days in a row and working a lot of hours? Like 4-5lbs..

Could be due to an increase in cortisol levels. Also insure that you are drinking adequate water.

Yeah I think my cortisol levels just shoot up when my body is stressed too much. Water intake is on point always has been
