Hey guys and gals to be politically correct. Some of you may know me and some will get to know me. Bring a bunch of knowledge to the table and love helping as well as learning as well. Not sure how active I will be over here as my home is Vicious Labs but we shall see. A well known member here suggested I join so here I am.
I’m 5’10” 215ish usually 12% body fat and pretty strong imho. I’ve battled a herniated disc c5/c6 for the past 8 months or so and contemplated surgery. I decided to try my chiropractor who helped me through a lower back injury years ago and through rest, being smart and his help have managed pretty well. I’m a power lifter/bodybuilder so powerbuilder as they say. Max bench is 475 touch and go, 635 dead and squat 545x2. Never tried max squat as I’ve never been mentally prepared or healthy enough to do so as of late. After disc injury I could barely hit 135 on bench for 8 reps as nerve running down tricep would inhibit strength buy 70%. Two weeks ago I managed 425x1 and 315x10 so slowly improving. Ok enough about me. Excited to meet you all! Now to start browsing sub-forums....
