    Tell your war stories (injuries)

No one lifts long, heavy and hard and goes injury free. Toss out your tales of woe.

A small pec tear that was more painful than problematic.

I have have torn my right bicep twice. The last time it was not repairable.

Shoulder r/c, arthritis, tendon tear, impingement, etc etc etc. I had a very successful surgery.

Back compression fracture and two herniated discs. I had a double laminectomy that was scheduled for 45 minutes surgery. It took 5 1/2 hours and was very unsuccessful. I still suffer greatly after 20 plus years. My mornings suck.

Amazingly my knees, elbows and wrists have survived mostly unscathed.

I dropped a 45 on my toe once that hurt more than any other injury I have ever had. Instant blood and popped the toe nail right off. Does that count? Hurt like a Banchee.

Would I do it again? Yeah, probably.
The older I get the better I used to be.
