      I'm with ya'. Slow is the way to go if you want to keep your muscle. My first diet was nearly 16 weeks. It made me nuts so I've decided never to diet for more than 12 weeks at a time. 12 I can handle, 16 is too much for me.

        Okay. I'm confused. LOL! I'm not dieting right now, hun. That won't start till after Christmas. I'm still trying to add mass.
