ok, so I worked my back out 2 days ago, and did a light chest workout yesterday. I felt great, and then I had an itch on my back so i went to scratch it and somehow threw my damn back out in the process. It feels a little better today, but wtf? It hurt so bad that when i took deep breaths it would almost suck the wind right out of me. And to top that off I had a little cold from being around people smoking their stupid cigarettes, so i slept like absolute shit. I just got up about 30 min ago, and had some breakfast. Thank God i'm self employed. One of the worst days I've had this year. I mean really, why do all these things happen all at once. Pull my chest, throw out my back, got a stupid cold, etc. just needed to rant
